Venture X Arlington

Project:
Venture X is an upcoming flexible workspace provider in North America. Opening in early 2021, the Arlington, Virginia location exemplifies their high-quality brand encompassing flexible space, built-in amenities, and state of the art technology.

This was also a very special project for JANSEN WALL SOLUTIONS as it marked the official project debut in the USA.

J’Slim – 650 m²
J’Slide 50mm framed single glazed- 73 Un

Opening in 2021 forced the design thinking of this project to have COVID19 as a hot topic, meaning increased m² per user and hospital grade ventilation systems. JANSEN WALL SOLUTIONS helped in the former with the stylish J’Slim and J’Slim Factory Edition demountable single glazed walls and our revolutionary J’Slim – J’Slide (sliding doors) with 50 mm framed single glazed door leafs.

These J’Slide doors were extremely beneficial for the project as it allowed for over 1.5 m² of area saved per door but also allowed the integration of an electromagnetic Lock and access control system.
